Mobile Polling – feedback through surveys and editorial
The poll feature allows readers to give their opinions or interaction to an article, which in turn creates a conversation and gets people to interact. It also gives accurate information on your article or race. With mobile polling, results can be tabulated from a targeted audience.

With 77we you have multiple ways to conduct Polls

1.     You will be able to establish a keyword and ask participants to text in their choice (as above). The system will auto reply with your queued thank you message or mobile text offer. Available with all Feature Sets

2.     To gather a more lengthy opinion, use "keyword response". First establish a keyword for your consumers to reply to, consumers text the keyword followed by a space and the consumer's opinion or answer totaling up to 160 characters is sent in and stored for viewing and exporting.

3.     Request an opinion Poll with "Send a 2-Way Message". (Incentive optional) From an established Opt-in list, send out an opinion question to your followers. Collect feedback for up to one hour then use the data at will. The system will auto reply with your queued thank you message or mobile text offer. Available with Feature Set-3
